Cross Training for Adults
This is a group training program in a personalized setting led by two certified personal trainers: Carlos Guzman and Greg Kickasola. Training will consist of all primal movements (squat, lunge, push, pull, twist, bend, gait) and all planes of motion for a complete conditioning class. This will result in high calorie expenditure, increased metabolic rate, and increased muscle mass. All of which are responsible for efficient fat loss and a stronger, healthier way of living.
Classes will also include initial consultation, nutritional guidance overseen by a registered dietitian, and periodic assessments.
- Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm (Maximum of 24 people)
- Saturdays 8:30 am – 9:30 am (open class)
There is no registration fee, no annual contract, and no extra gym fee.
The cost for these classes are:
–$150.00 monthly fee for Tuesday/Thursday (24 spaces only)
–$20.00 drop in fee for Saturday class
